نسخه من ترخيص المنطقة الحره
· رسالة عدم ممانعه من المنطقة الحره بفتح الفروع
 · نسخه من جواز سفر المدير المسؤول إن وجد وكتاب عدم ممانعة من الكفيل الحالي(في حال وجود إقامة المدير على كفالة غير كفالة الشركة) .
 موافقة وزارة الاقتصاد للشركات التي لها أطراف غير مواطنين وتعيين وكيل خدمات محلي (في حال تملك غير المواطن لما يزيد عن 49%)

Copy of free zone license
• No objection letter free zone to open branches
•  Copies of the passport of the responsible manager if any, and a letter of no objection from the current sponsor (in the case of the presence of the manager on a guarantee other than the company's sponsorship).
•  Approval of the Ministry of Economy for companies with non-nationals and the appointment of a local service agent (in case the non-citizen owns more than 49%).
