إلغاء تصريح عمل (عامل خارج الدولة )
هي خدمة تقدمها الوزارة للمنشآة للتمكن من إلغاء تصريح عمل (عامل خارج الدولة أكثر من 6 أشهر).
الإجراءات :
يتم طباعة طلب إلغاء تصريح عمل (عامل خارج الدولة)
ومسح المستندات المطلوبة في مراكز الخدمة "تسهيل"
أو عن طريق المنشآت المشتركة في نظام الإستمارات
الإلكترونية .
يتم تحويل الطلب إلكترونياً لنظام الوزارة ويقوم موظف
الوزارة بالتدقيق على المستندات المرفقة ، والتأكد من
إستيفاءها للشروط .
في حالة رغبة المتعامل في متابعة الطلب أو طباعة إيصال الإلغاء
يمكنه الدخول على خدمات الإستعلام من موقع الوزارة

في حالة وجود النواقص يتوجب استكمالها في مراكز الخدمة "تسهيل"
