تعديل عقد عمل
هي خدمة تقدمها الوزارة للمنشأة التي ترغب في تعديل بيانات عقد العمل ، وفق النموذج المعمول به مدفوع الرسوم.
الإجراءات :
يتم طباعة وتقديم طلب تعديل بيانات عقد العمل في مراكز الخدمة (تسهيل) أو المنشآت المشتركة في برنامج الإستمارات الإلكترونية ومن ثم تحويلها إلكترونياً إلى قاعدة بيانات الوزارة للتدقيق على المعاملة والتأكد من استيفاء الشروط والمستندات المطلوبة .
المستندات المطلوبة :
1- ثلاث نسخ من عقد العمل الجديد موقع من الطرف الأول والطرف الثاني ومختوم بختم المنشأة
2- إرفاق صورة العقد القديم
Amendment of work contract
A service provided by the Ministry to an entity that wishes to amend the contract data, in accordance with the applicable fee-based model.
Measures :
Typing the application form for the amendment of the contract of work in the service centers (Tasheel) or the establishments participating in the electronic forms program shall be printed and submitted electronically to the Ministry's database for auditing the transaction and ensuring that the required conditions and documents are met.
Required Documents :
1- Three copies of the new employment contract signed by the first party and the second party and stamped with the establishment
2. Attach the copy of the old contract

ماهي الشروط الواجب توافرها لزيارة المقيم في إحدى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي؟

يمنح هذا الإذن بمنافذ الدولة المعتمدة للأجنبي المقيم في إحدى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي غير الحاصل على تأشيرة أو أذن مسبق يجيز له دخول الدولة إذا كان من بين الفئات الآتية:

 (أ) من رجال الأعمال ومدراء الشركات وممثليها والمحاسبين ومدققي الحسابات والأطباء والمهندسين والعاملين في القطاع العام من غير فئات العمال والمستخدمين.
 (ب) أفراد أسر الفئات الواردة بالفقرتين (أ، ب).( رسوم التأشيرة 100 درهم تدفع عند الوصول)
(ج) السائقين المكفولين من قبل الفئات الواردة بالفقرتين (أ، ب) عند دخولهم من منافذ الدخول البرية.
     (د) مرافقي مواطني دول مجلس التعاون الأجانب من أفراد أسرهم ومكفوليهم من السائقين والخدم ومن في حكمهم.بالنسبة للفقرة أن تكون هذه الإقامة سارية المفعول وصالحة لمدة لاتقل عن ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل من تاريخ الدخول.  أن يكون الدخول من إحدى المنافذ الجوية أو البرية أو البحرية المعتمدة .  أن يكون لدى الزائر تذكرة عودة في حالة القدوم عن طريق أحد المنافذ الجوية بالدولة .  ألا يكون في دخوله ما يمس الأمن أو النظام العام .    مادة (44)  يجيز إذن الدخول للمقيمين في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي دخول حاملة مرة واحدة والبقاء فيها مدة لا تجاوز ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ التأشيرة بهذا الإذن على جواز السفر, ولا يجوز تمديد هذه المدة, وفي حال تجاوزها تطبق غرامة التأخير المقررة قانونياً.

What are the conditions for visiting a resident of a GCC? كيف يمكن لشخص مقيم الحصول على أذن دخول لخادم او خادمة ؟

يشترط لإصدار إذن دخول لخادم أو خادمة لدى فرد أجنبي ما يلي:  
أ- ألا يقل راتب الكفيل الشهري عن (7000) سبعة آلاف درهم.  
ب- أن يدفع الكفيل لخزينة الدولة سنويا ما يعادل الراتب السنوي للخادم أو الخادمة بحيث لا يقل الراتب عن (400) أربعمائة درهم.
ج- ألا يكون الكفيل قد تنازل عن كفالة خادم أو خادمة خلال سنة حتى تاريخ تقديم الطلب.
د- ألا يرتبط الكفيل والمكفول بعلاقة أسرية.
ﻫ- أن يكون الكفيل مقيما مع أسرته في الدولة.
و- بالنسبة للمرأة الأجنبية العاملة في التخصصات النادرة أو المهمة كالطب والهندسة وسلك التدريس وما في حكمها من التخصصات التي تتطلب ممارستها شهادات جامعية أو دورات تخصصية لا تقل عن سنة في ذات التخصص المهني وتتحدد بالتشاور مع جهات الاختصاص , يسمح لها بأن تحل محل رب الأسرة للقيام بكفالة خادم أو خادمة, وذلك عند توافر شروط الكفالة المطلوبة.  لا يسمح لأي شخص بكفالة فئة  خدم المنازل ومن في حكمهم إذا ما ثبت عدم قدرته في أي وقت على دفع أجر أحد مكفوليه أو تدبير تكاليف سفره أو تركه من دون عمل وضبط وهو يعمل لدى الغير.  لا يسمح للفئتين الآتيتين من الأجانب بكفالة أو استقدام أجنبي حتى لو توافر لهما شروط الراتب وهما:

( أ )  خدم المنازل ومن في حكمهم.
(ب)  العمال ومن في حكمهم.

How can a resident get an entry permit for a servant ?

The issuance of an entry permit for a servant or maid to a foreign individual requires:
A- The sponsor's monthly salary shall not be less than (7000) seven thousand dirhams.
B- The sponsor shall pay to the State Treasury annually the equivalent of the annual salary of the servant or servant so that the salary shall not be less than (400) four hundred dirhams.
C- The sponsor has not waived the guarantee of a servant or maid within one year from the date of submission of the application.
D- The sponsor and the servant shall not be associated with a family relationship.
E- The sponsor shall be a resident of his or her family in the UAE.
F- For foreign women working in rare or important specialties such as medicine, engineering, teaching and other disciplines that require university degrees or specialized courses of at least one year in the same professional specialization, determined in consultation with the competent authorities, On bail of a servant or maid, when the required bail conditions are met. No person shall be allowed to guarantee the category of domestic workers and the like if he is found unable at any time to pay the wage of one of his sponsors or to arrange for his travel expenses or to leave him without work and control while working for others. The following two categories of aliens are not allowed to bail or bring in a foreigner even if they meet the conditions of the salary:

(A) Domestic servants and similar persons.
(B) Workers and the like.

يحتفل العالم بيوم الصحة العالمي في السابع من أبريل كل عام، إحياء للذكرى السنوية لتأسيس منظمة الصحة العالمية، وتقول المنظمة إنه يشكل فرصة فريدة من نوعها لتعبئة جهود العمل حول موضوع صحي محدّد يهمّ الناس في أنحاء العالم أجمع .

نحن في مركز إتقان لخدمات رجال الأعمال - تسهيل ، نقيم إحتفالية بهذا اليوم في التاسع من أبريل ، نشارك فيها متعاملينا وموظفينا الإحتفائية بهذا اليوم ، وندعوهم ليكونوا أصحاء . :)

The World Health Day is celebrated on April 7 each year, in commemoration of the founding anniversary of the World Health Organization (WHO). It is a unique opportunity to mobilize action on a specific health issue that concerns people around the world.

We at itqan businessmen Services - Tasheel, we hold a celebratory event on April 9th , in which we participate with our customers and employees on this day , and invite them to be healthy. :)

قال تعالى :

(فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۗ وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْيَتَامَىٰ ۖ قُلْ إِصْلَاحٌ لَّهُمْ خَيْرٌ ۖ وَإِن تُخَالِطُوهُمْ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ ۚ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ الْمُفْسِدَ مِنَ الْمُصْلِحِ ۚ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَأَعْنَتَكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ) [البقرة : 220]

(عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، أن رجلًا شكا إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قسوة قلبه ، قال: (إن أردت أن يلين قلبك، فأطعم المسكين، وامسح برأس اليتيم)

في إطار الاحتفالات الرسمية بيوم اليتيم العالمي والذي اعتدنا أن يكون أول جمعة من أبريل الذي يوافق هذا العام يوم السادس من أبريل أجمع علماء الدين والمتخصصون علي ضرورة رعاية هؤلاء الأيتام نفسياً واجتماعياً وتقديم كافة أشكال الرعاية لهم للتخفيف عنهم وإشعارهم بالحب والحنان المحرومين منه .

وانطلاقاً من هذا يحتفل مركز إتقان لخدمات رجال الأعمال - تسهيل ، الأحد 9 أبريل بيوم اليتيم العالمي .

As part of the official celebrations of the International Orphan Day, which we used to be the first Friday of April this year on April 6, all the religious scholars and specialists on the need to care for these orphans psychologically and socially and provide all forms of care for them to ease them and notify them of love and affection deprived of it.

Based on this, theitqan businessmen Services Center -Tasheel, will celebrate the International Orphan Day on Sunday (April 9th).
