قامت وزارة الموارد البشرية و التوطين بتعديل أسعار معاملات الوزارة إبتداءً من 1 يوليو 2017 من 38 و 53 الى 103 درهم لطباعة أو إستلام المعاملات .

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has adjusted the prices of transactions of the Ministry from 1 July 2017 from 38 to 53 to 103 dirhams to print or receive transactions .

2 - يتم إحالة الطلب إلكترونياً إلى الوزارة ويتم التأكد من استيفاء الشروط والمستندات .
3 - في حالة النواقص يتم إشعار المتعامل بنوع النواقص ليتم استكمالها من خلال مراكز الخدمة "تسهيل"

1- بطاقة التوقيع الإلكتروني
2- مايثبت أن العامل لم يدخل الدولة (إخلاء طرف)

Measures :
1- Requests will be typing at the "Tasheel" service centers or through the establishments participating in the electronic forms program or mobile applications.
2. The application shall be transmitted electronically to the Ministry and shall be verified to meet the conditions and documents.
3 - In the case of deficiencies, the client is notified of the type of deficiencies to be completed through the service centers "Tasheel"

2 - The proof that the worker did not enter the Country (evacuation)

الإجراءات :
1- يقوم الشاكي بتقديم شكوى إلكترونية في أحد مراكز الخدمة تسهيل أو عن طريق التطبيقات الذكية
22- يقوم نظام الشكاوي الإلكترونية بإرسال رسالة نصية فور تسجيل الشكوى إلى طرفي النزاع مفادها (محاولة التوصل إلة حل ودي خلال 48 ساعة قبل إرسالها عبر النظام إلى وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين / اقسام علاقات العمل .
3- في حال الوصول إلى حل ودي خلال 488 ساعة بإمكان الشاكي التنازل عن الشكوى في مراكز الخدمة تسهيل عبر استخدام الرمز السري المرسل له .

وجود شكوى عمالية مقيدة من أحد طرفي الإنتاج وحضوره

process :
1-  The complainant submits his application to the receptionst , who in return , recives the complaint from the customer after recording the number of the respondent in a paper prepose to be attached to the complaint , and thereafter the complainant will be asked to leave provided that he will notified and contacted via text massage informing him of a deadline to decide on his comlaint
2-  The receptionist submits the received complaints to the registration officer every half an hour
3-  The registration officer registers the received complaints in the system and sends text messages to the two paties through the system in case the labour has a work permit, but in case of non-availability, a handwriting complaint will be written in addition to that complaints will be received and recorded for the labour who have cancelled work permit or whose work permit are under cancellation, and the office also registers all the complains related to labour provided that the right of each office will be reserved regarding maintaining spatial competence / jurisdiction with regard to the place of issuing the labour permit and on condition that any other complaint related to any labour whose labor card belongs to another labor office will be excepted by the manager of the office which registers and considers the complaints

2- يتم مسح المستندات المطلوبة عن طريق برنامج تسهيل وتحويلها إلكترونياً إلى قاعدة بيانات الوزارة للتدقيق والتأكد من استيفاء الشروط والمستندات المطلوبة.
3- يتم التدقيق والتأكد من استيفاءالشروط والمستندات من قبل موظفي الوحدة الإلكترونية في ديوان وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين ، وفي حالة استيفاء الشروط والمستندات يتم إنجاز المعاملة وتحويل الموافقة إلكترونياً إلى موقع الوزارة (www.mohre.gov.ae) ، في حالة النواقص يتم إشعار المتعامل بالنواقص من خلال موقع الوزارة ليقوم باستكمالها

    صورة من الرخصة التجارية .
    صورة من بطاقة إعتماد التواقيع .

Reporting an absconding

3- Meeting conditions should be checked and confirmed
as per the following: a. in case of meetimg the conditions
and submitting the required documents , the transaction should be performed and the approval should be sent online to the Ministry,s Website
(www.mol.gov.ae) b. in case of deficiencies, the customer should be notified of the same through the Ministry,s Website in order to complete and follow the above mentioned steps .

تعديل عقد عمل
هي خدمة تقدمها الوزارة للمنشأة التي ترغب في تعديل بيانات عقد العمل ، وفق النموذج المعمول به مدفوع الرسوم.
الإجراءات :
يتم طباعة وتقديم طلب تعديل بيانات عقد العمل في مراكز الخدمة (تسهيل) أو المنشآت المشتركة في برنامج الإستمارات الإلكترونية ومن ثم تحويلها إلكترونياً إلى قاعدة بيانات الوزارة للتدقيق على المعاملة والتأكد من استيفاء الشروط والمستندات المطلوبة .
المستندات المطلوبة :
1- ثلاث نسخ من عقد العمل الجديد موقع من الطرف الأول والطرف الثاني ومختوم بختم المنشأة
2- إرفاق صورة العقد القديم
Amendment of work contract
A service provided by the Ministry to an entity that wishes to amend the contract data, in accordance with the applicable fee-based model.
Measures :
Typing the application form for the amendment of the contract of work in the service centers (Tasheel) or the establishments participating in the electronic forms program shall be printed and submitted electronically to the Ministry's database for auditing the transaction and ensuring that the required conditions and documents are met.
Required Documents :
1- Three copies of the new employment contract signed by the first party and the second party and stamped with the establishment
2. Attach the copy of the old contract

ماهي الشروط الواجب توافرها لزيارة المقيم في إحدى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي؟

يمنح هذا الإذن بمنافذ الدولة المعتمدة للأجنبي المقيم في إحدى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي غير الحاصل على تأشيرة أو أذن مسبق يجيز له دخول الدولة إذا كان من بين الفئات الآتية:

 (أ) من رجال الأعمال ومدراء الشركات وممثليها والمحاسبين ومدققي الحسابات والأطباء والمهندسين والعاملين في القطاع العام من غير فئات العمال والمستخدمين.

     (د) مرافقي مواطني دول مجلس التعاون الأجانب من أفراد أسرهم ومكفوليهم من السائقين والخدم ومن في حكمهم.بالنسبة للفقرة أن تكون هذه الإقامة سارية المفعول وصالحة لمدة لاتقل عن ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل من تاريخ الدخول.  أن يكون الدخول من إحدى المنافذ الجوية أو البرية أو البحرية المعتمدة .  أن يكون لدى الزائر تذكرة عودة في حالة القدوم عن طريق أحد المنافذ الجوية بالدولة .  ألا يكون في دخوله ما يمس الأمن أو النظام العام .    مادة (44)  يجيز إذن الدخول للمقيمين في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي دخول حاملة مرة واحدة والبقاء فيها مدة لا تجاوز ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ التأشيرة بهذا الإذن على جواز السفر, ولا يجوز تمديد هذه المدة, وفي حال تجاوزها تطبق غرامة التأخير المقررة قانونياً.

3- في حالة استيفاء الشروط والمستندات يتم إنجاز المعاملة ويقوم المتعامل بالدخول على موقع الوزارة للحصول على إشعار ورقم الموافقة على العنوان
